Denisse is a seasoned beauty executive that has worked on iconic brands in her career. She shares what beauty means across cultures around the world, how she mentors young Latina women, her favorite beauty products, and what exciting beauty trends are on the horizon. About Denisse Guerra:
Originally from Mexico, Denisse Graduated from Tec de Monterrey with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. She began her career in 2004 at Nike Mexico focused on Consumer Insights and Marketing Strategy positions.  In 2009 she joined the world leader in prestige beauty: Estee Lauder Companies in its Mexican Affiliate where she held positions of increasing responsibility in the area of Marketing, achieving the positioning of the Estee Lauder brand among a younger audience through different marketing, trade marketing and digital strategies which led her to be named by CNN Expansion magazine one of the "30 promises in their 30s" in Mexico, in its 2013 edition. 

In that same year she was promoted to Regional Marketing Director Latin America for the Estee Lauder , Tom Ford and Prestige Fragrances cluster. In this position she led the marketing strategy for these brands in over 12 countries, highlighting Mexico, Chile and Brazil, managing to position several of them in the top rankings of the Latin American luxury beauty market. In 2019 she is promoted as Executive Director Latin America for Bobbi Brown, BECCA and Bumble & bumble brands with the aim of developing the business of these brands in the region launching BECCA and Bumble and Bumble in Mexico and Brazil. In 2020 she was promoted to ED/GM Latin America leading again the Estee Lauder brand where she managed to position it in the Top #1 Prestige Skincare rank  in Markets such as Mexico and Peru as well as transforming  the business towards the Online channel obtaining  the #1 Online Brand ranking  in several markets in the region.

Currently, Denisse is Vice President / General Manager of the company's legacy brand cluster: Estee Lauder & Clinique, leading its business development in the Latin American markets she lives in New York City since 2016 and is passionate about developing the Latin Culture and helping mentor and promote Latin Talent within the Beauty Industry
