Episode 124 - Sonic Serenity: Exploring Sound Healing With Intuitive Sound Alchemist Monica Baddar

In this Nirvana Sisters Podcast episode we chat with intuitive sound alchemist and photographer, Monica Baddar. Monica shares with us the various types of sound healing and meditation, how she uses sound to heal others, and her spiritual journey to becoming a healer. A prolific photographer known for her work with celebrities, models, and major ad campaigns, Monica discusses the importance of connecting with her subjects and allowing their vulnerability to help them shine. We discuss her focus on making those around her at ease, open, and empowered in all areas of her work.

About Monica Baddar:

Monica is an Egyptian-American intuitive sound alchemist dedicated to helping empower the collective, specifically the feminine as both an artist and a healer. Monica believes in the “I AM” presence, the ultimate law of one: the law of harmony, the inherent laws of nature, and the inclusion of all, of equality and intelligence throughout the body of creation. Understanding that we all are different expressions of the same energy. That we all are needed and welcome.

The key to Monica’s facilitation rests in embodying the full expression of the heart, mind, body, and soul. She facilitates a specific energy field that helps practitioners feel calm, grounded, peaceful and loving.

Monica credits her journey to her own "shadow aspects," which were the precise ingredients to create the fuel that ignited the fire of her infinite journey within. There is no part of self that isn’t worthy of love, and Monica invites us to look deeper within the portals of our being. For if we look deeper, we will always find another door waiting to be opened. Through sound mediation, she is able to transmute the frequency of unconditional love into form, shaping the boundless energy that defines her ceremonies.

Sound healing brings the trinity of the body, mind, and soul into vibrational resonance at the cellular level. Intuitively incorporating her voice and the harmonic frequencies of crystalline bowls, Monica promotes healing, love of self and all beings, and ultimately peace.
